Why should I buy from the Rare Shop
A cancer diagnosis can be abrupt, alarming and have a devastating impact on patients and their loved ones. When you are faced with little to no treatment options, emotional support and financial stress that comes with a diagnosis. The feeling of hope is little to none.
The Rare Shop is a statement of hope, a movement for those who believe no one should experience cancer alone.
Each peice of clothing empowers the funding of Rare Cancer Experts. Experts that are ready to serve Australians impacted by rare, less common and complex cancer, with what ever it is they may need.
What are your delivery options?
For all orders, there is the option of Regular Australia Post shipping (Avg 2-7 business days delivery after production) and Express Australia Post shipping (1-4 business days after production). Please note, that no PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers will be allowed for Courier Service Shipping.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is despatched you will receive an email which contains a summary of your order along with a tracking link. If you provide a mobile phone number with your order you will also receive a text message on the day of delivery.
When can I expect my order to arrive?
All orders are printed and processed on-demand. Once you have placed your order, please allow an average of 4 - 7 business days for print and production turnaround. For any items requiring embroidery (caps, hats and beanies) please allow an average of 10 - 14 business days for embroidery and production turnaround.
What is your returns policy?
We work hard to provide consistent, quality prints for our customers, however, if you're unhappy with the product you receive, please follow these instructions to return/receive a new product: Email us at shop@rarecancers.org.au with;
- The date of your purchase
- Your order number
- What you would like to return
- Why you want to return it
- A photo highlighting the fault/damage
Once we have received this email we will organise a replacement/refund for you if the order meets our user agreement/return policy. You may have to return the product back to Rare Cancers Australia.
Do you deliver outside of Australia?
International shipping is available (Avg 4-40* business days delivery after production). A tracking number is emailed once dispatched.
*International shipping is all over the place in this Covid era, with some countries unable to be shipped to, and others taking up to 40 days or more. For more info, please click here.
